So long 2022 and thanks for all the fish!

Dear friends, 

As we say goodbye to 2022 and hello to 2023, I wanted to share a blog post I wrote reflecting on the past year. It's been a wild ride, but I'm grateful for all the growth and lessons we've experienced along the way.
